Leading trekking and adventure company in Nepal offering unforgettable Himalayan experiences.
Kangchenjunga (8,586m), the world’s third-highest mountain, lies in eastern Nepal and offers one of the most untouched and less-traveled trekking routes in the Himalayas. The Kanchenjunga trek treats adventurers to breathtaking snow-covered peaks, dramatic landscapes, and sweeping views of the Himalayan range. Along the journey, trekkers can admire both towering giants above 8,000 meters — including Mt. Everest (8,848m), Mt. Makalu (8,201m), and Mt. Lhotse (8,516m) — as well as numerous smaller but equally striking peaks.
The Kanchenjunga trail can be accessed from both the Nepalese and Sikkim sides and is steeped in local folklore, with tales of the elusive Himalayan Yeti believed to roam the region. This trek is especially memorable for its extraordinary scenery, diverse terrain, and rich natural beauty. The region is home to remarkable wildlife, including the rare snow leopard, musk deer, and red panda.
The Kanchenjunga Conservation Area, covering 2,035 sq. km, protects a wide range of biodiversity, including endangered species like the Himalayan black bear, snow leopard, and various rare birds such as the impeyan pheasant, red-billed blue magpie, and shy drongo. As you traverse the trail, you’ll encounter stunning valleys, fascinating local cultures and traditions, crystal-clear streams, frozen lakes, the Okthan glacier, and dramatic glacial landscapes around Ramche — all highlights of this unforgettable Himalayan adventure.
